Warranty Conditions

All products are under manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. is below. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or damage to the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.


Product Return Conditions

If the product you purchased through our site turns out to be faulty In this case, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within 3 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurs due to customer use or if the product is used within 3 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. Do You Make Exchanges and Returns?
"There is no right of exchange or return for discounted and campaign products. The products you purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way. There is no cancellation of orders that have been shipped. A shipping fee is charged for cargo that is not received.

Your paid order will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours from the date you placed your order. Once shipped, it will be delivered within 1-2 days.
