1.About Membership

To become a member of our store, simply go to our Membership Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. Filling in your member information correctly and completely is very important in terms of the possibility of communication and transportation problems. Please fill it in carefully and completely in order to ensure that products and services arrive quickly and safely.

Becoming a member is a very simple and fast process. Being a member does not mean that you are under any obligation. However, before shopping, please read the sales contract carefully. You have the right to end your membership anytime you want.

2.Cancellation of Membership

The member has the right to terminate his membership at any time. Once you terminate your membership, your entire relationship with our site will be terminated.

To terminate your membership, you must submit your request on our contact information page after logging in.

Membership Cannot Be Cancelled in the Following Situations

1 - If 60 days have not passed since the member last placed the order.

2 - If a membership cancellation request is made with a different e-mail address

3 - If the member cannot be reached through their registered information

Membership is canceled by us in the following cases.

1 - If the member is sending immoral messages or writing comments

2 - If he attempted fraud

3 - If he/she attempted to damage the system or the name

4.Different Address

There is an address section for each member where they can enter a different address other than their registered address when finalizing the order.

The address section is intended for you to use when sending gifts to your friends, as well as when you are at different addresses.

For example: During the periods when you will be in different branches of the company you work for or during the periods when you stay at the summer house. Or if you want your invoice to be delivered to you and your order to a friend.  
Do You Make Exchanges and Returns?
"There is no right of exchange or return for discounted and campaign products. The products you purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way. For this reason, please examine the products in detail before shopping and make your purchase. You can contact our customer services to get detailed information about our products.
"If the product you purchased through our website turns out to be faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within 3 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product you deliver to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or within 3 days. If the product has been used within the period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged, the conditions for product return and replacement are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

If there is no problem with the product caused by us (defect, faulty product, wrong color, wrong size, wrong product, etc.), if you sent it with the shipping fee paid, you will be deducted the cost of the cargo we sent back to you when you send it with two round-trip shipping costs, with the sender paying.

After the products reach us, we will complete your exchange transaction by calling you and informing you via SMS within 1-3 business days.

If the product you want is currently in stock, you can exchange it.

If the product you purchased is cheaper than the product you want to exchange, you can pay the remaining amount of your exchange with paypal or your credit card. In the opposite case, you can continue your transactions by calling our customer representative or informing you via SMS.

If your order has not been prepared and shipped yet, you can cancel it by going to your orders on the My Account page and pressing the cancel button.

There is no cancellation of orders that have been shipped. A shipping fee is charged for cargo that is not received.

Your paid order will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours from the date you placed your order. Once shipped, it will be delivered within 1-2 days.
